John Karam is a native to Arizona growing up with his parents, brother, sister, and extended family in the small town of Nogales, Arizona. His Family loved the outdoors spending their free time hunting, fishing, golfing, bowling, four wheeling, hiking, water skiing, and outdoor games at picnics. John is an Arizona State Alumnus with a degree in finance. His experience in real estate began as a real estate appraiser in 1982 and he is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Arizona. John’s experience in real estate sales over the past 12 years covers all aspects of residential real estate including listing agent, buyer agent, real estate investing, and assisting buyers/sellers in short sales and foreclosures. John and his wife, Karen, have raised three young men who work and play in our beautiful Valley of the Sun. John loves Karen and the two enjoy hiking, dancing, bowling, and traveling together.
